This project was a suite of new meeting rooms and a new boardroom. Whilst the boardroom had more technology and systems, we ensured that the basics of using all the meeting rooms was identical.
Ensuring that the user interfaces matched, wireless presentation was the same no matter what the size of room, all meant that day one users were able to get the most out of their meeting spaces without delay.
We know that the monitoring and maintenance of these rooms ensured faultless behavior over many years, driven by that original commitment to standardisation and simplicity.
