URGENT // Updates to Microsoft Teams Room System Licences

Microsoft have changed the licences for Microsoft Teams Rooms Systems, there are now two licence options : Basic and Pro

Basic now limits some key functionality of a MS Teams Room System and may impact the performance and appearance of the system you have, including but not limited to the following areas

• Whiteboard Sharing

• Front Row, Together Mode, Large Gallery and Dual Screen support

• Multi Camera Support

• Centralised Management and Support

We recommend as a client with Microsoft Team Room Systems that you upgrade your room licence to the Pro licence as soon as possible.
