Technology promotion and engagement

New technology is not always something people get excited about. Companies can find that implementing new ways of working with new tools and systems can feel to some people like an unnecessary or uncomfortable change. Working with our client here, we knew that helping them promote the rollout of new video and collaboration tools would ensure that the end user felt more at easy with the technology when it arrived.

Creating a buzz around technology changes and new ways of working is very important to help reduce the risk of new technology being deployed, but not used effectively.

We worked with our client here to create a whole internal brand, promotion and support as they deployed new video conferencing across their business nationwide.

A key part of this was this “infomercial” delivered by one of the key business sponsors. This video we created in our own design studio to be part of the engagement process with the end users.

We wanted the video to both sounds positive and be clear about how the new technology would help the businesses users, and how it would integrated and support their current work practices.

Presenting in their own words really helped with ensuring that the message, language and tone was all appropriate for their own users.

Along with the live video recording, we added animations, branding and graphics to make the whole piece to camera come alive.
