When fitout company Office Insight needed a technology partner to work with their client on an exciting and innovate new space, they called us at coodart.

One of the leading mobile app development companies wanted a space that could be used for both internal events, meetings, as well as somewhere that should impress clients in person and via the latest conferencing and collaboration technologies.

Centre piece of this space was a large town hall and event space, which need the biggest and most suitable display screen possible. We designed and installed the latest LED display technology to create a seamless 130” video wall. This presentation space can be used for both in person meetings as well as hybrid meetings.

Broadcast ceiling mounted cameras capture video, and taking a lead from the trend towards more production focused meetings, we used more live events technologies to support the complex audio needs for both in-person meetings and hybrid meetings.

Open plan meeting spaces and a more formal boardroom were also part of the brief, which were designed and delivered with simplicity and ease of use critical to rapid user adoption. A full wet bar added to some of the fun elements to the space, which we enhanced with projectors to provide accent graphics and imagery.

Working alongside the fitout company from the very start of the project, ensured that not only we delivered everything on time, but any complexities of integration with either the building or furniture were resolved early on.
