Britvic needed the largest visual canvas possible for their boardroom, fully integrated with their video conferencing platform.

We were initially approached to help the team understand what technologies were available to design a simple-to-use boardroom, which creates an impact, both visually and technologically.

Britvic needed the largest visual canvas possible, fully integrated into their video conferencing platform. Exploring a range of technologies and solutions, we built a mock-up of a video wall display suitable for the size of their boardroom.

The eventual choice was two of the largest displays possible. But this was just part of the overall solution. With a new boardroom table becoming the centrepiece of the room, we had to consider how to integrate and incorporate collaboration technology with the new furniture and how to make the space more effective and suitable for video conferencing. After months of detailed design work with bespoke furniture manufacturer

William Hands, we helped create both a functional and beautiful piece of furniture. Every last detail was considered, right down to us designing a leather-lined slot, suitable for positioning a variety of tablet and mobile devices.

“Our Boardroom needed to have the wow factor; it needed to be fit for the creative, dynamic and inspiring company we pride ourselves on being with simple to use technologies. The team at coodart left no stone unturned in delivering this for us.”
