As part of their office consolidation and the construction of a new office building in the Midlands, they sought consultancy services to design and fully integrate workplace technology within their flagship building.
We were appointed as the AV Design Consultants for this project.
In the space of 12 months, we defined the principles and standards for meeting room, digital signage and conferencing technology. A key part of the project team, we ensured the smooth installation of technology worked seamlessly alongside the rapid construction process, which required a rigorous approach due to the scale of the work. Full health and safety processes were followed, adhering strictly to Interserve’s very high standards for site operations and risk management.
As the technology solutions would need to evolve over time, we created a flexible installation that provided for updates and improvements throughout the project. Critical to the success and delivery of the product, we ensured that the right technology could be provided on budget and to tight timescales. We delivered enhanced capabilities and improved solutions for the project – all at reduced costs to the original estimated budget
