Meeting equity is a term banded about a lot at the moment, but what does it really mean?
We think that meeting equity is ensuring that everyone involved in a meeting, either in person or remotely, are engaged equally and have a similar great experience.
Here at coodart we not only think about technology, but also about the space and how everyone is going to experience that space, irrespective of where and how they are joining that meeting.
Our client need significant help with a difficult space, and a challenging brief to create a simple to use but highly effective hybrid meeting and learning experience.
We designed a room that took our standard Microsoft Teams room offering, and enhanced this for both in person attendees and those joining remotely.
Re-imagining the classic dual screen video configuration, we ensured that remote attendees were always positioned in front of the meeting host, whilst those physically in the room also got a clear view of those virtual attendees.
The layout ensures that no-one has an unnatural view, and the experience is equal for everyone. Sharing content is again supported flexibly, with both wireless presentation and interactive content options.
