How do you transform a windowless and much unloved meeting room into a space that becomes the most desirable spaces in the building?
We think differently at coodart - we not only think about technology, but also about the space and how everyone is going to experience that space, especially in the context of making spaces more attractive and more comfortable.
Our client needed significant help with a difficult space, and worse than being difficult, it was a space that no one wanted to to use or have meetings in.
We designed a room that took our standard Microsoft Teams room offering, and along with a complete redesign of the furniture layout and approach to seating and tables, we created a cosy, comfortable and most importantly attractive room for meetings, conferencing, and hybrid work.
We not only changed the layout and orientation of the room, we also worked on the acoustics, lighting and colours to deliver this amazing transformation.
This is now a space the client loves and has become the goto space for comfortable and effective conferencing and collaboration.
