Severn Trent Water’s executive boardroom and meeting spaces in central London needed to be the perfect space for their board members to work, meet and collaborate

Severn Trent have been a long time customer of coodart, and when they needed a trusted pair of hands to deliver the technology for their new London boardroom and meeting rooms, they came straight to us.

Coodart originally designed their previous executive boardroom and meeting space in Jermyn Street nearly 8 years previously. The planned change of office, along with the move across London closer to the city, provided Severn Trent with a chance to refresh their meeting rooms and update to some of the latest technologies.

Delivering ultra reliable and robust technology, along with seamless integration with the fit out of the office space remained the challenge and with this project we delivered it with far less complexity, with much greater capability and at a much reduced cost.

The boardroom mirrored the very similar boardroom in coodart’s own showroom, and demonstrated that we knew and understood exactly how this dual screen space would work. A large single presentation and video conferencing screen is supported by a second touch screen for interactive laptop control, as well as being a digital whiteboard.

On screen and interactive instructions also helped with ensuring that anyone using the spaces knew quickly how to get the best out of the technology.

The smaller meeting rooms adopted the same meeting room technology, including video conferencing and wireless presentation.

Eight years later, whilst the technology had changed, our approach to delivering simply to use, robust and reliable meeting spaces hasn’t.
